They specialize in paid advertising, driving growth for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a highly skilled **Operations Coordinator**to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

**Digital advertising industry experience is highly preferred.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes for improved efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and create solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with business goals.
- Implement automation tools and systems to streamline tasks and processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to meet operational objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
**Requirements**:
- **Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)**:
- Minimum of 5 years as a **Project Manager**:
- At least 3 years coordinating operational support activities
- Proven experience in **process mapping** and resolving operational bottlenecks




- **2+ years experience** with **ClickUp** or similar project management software
- Experience in **task integration and automation** (e.g., Zapier, Make)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have solid, consistent internet access
- **Experience in the digital advertising industry** is a plus
**Bonus Skills & Experience**:
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- **2+ certifications** in project or operations management
- **ClickUp Certified**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in business, management, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an advertising agency environment
**Work Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM Eastern Time (must be available during these hours).
