We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Lead to oversee the end-to-end O2C process, from quotation management and contract administration to invoicing, collections, and customer support.

This role will lead a team of approximately 35 professionals across Quotation, Contracts, and Customer Support functions, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 35 employees
- Oversee quotation review, costing, and preparation of commercial proposals
- Manage contract execution and customer commitments throughout the contract lifecycle
- Ensure accurate order processing, credit control, invoicing, and accounts receivable management
- Drive customer support, claims resolution, and continuous process improvements




- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives

Requirements

- Proven experience leading large operational teams
- Strong background in Order-to-Cash, Customer Operations, Contracts, Shared Services, or similar functions
- Experience in project-based or made-to-order environments is preferred (e.g., engineering, energy, construction, industrial solutions, custom manufacturing)
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills
