? Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst | Finance Operations

? Full-time | On-site An international company is looking for a finance professional to join its Order to Cash team. This role is adecuado for candidates with experience supporting customer accounts, billing processes, payment reconciliation, and collections in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What you'll do

- Coordinate customer billing activities and invoice processing.
- Review customer account balances and support payment collection activities.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve cash collection and customer service.
- Prepare reports related to receivables and payment status.
- Work with ERP systems and electronic invoicing processes.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections or Finance Operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Business English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
