Tribe BPO is looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our outbound telemarketing campaign starting January 13th, 2025. We're hiring for two exciting roles:
1. Survey Specialists (3 positions)
2. Digital Subscription Sales Agents (2 positions)
For the first six weeks, all hires will focus on conducting surveys, followed by six weeks dedicated to selling paid digital subscriptions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in outbound telemarketing or sales.
- Conversational and engaging communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Flexibility to adjust work hours to maximize contact rates.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (exact hours may vary).
- Location: Northwest Hermosillo (onsite work; ensure transportation is feasible).




- Pay: $4,350 MXN per week, **plus monthly commissions for sales roles**.
- Start Date: January 13th, 2025.
- Benefits: Legal benefits and a signed contract from Day 1.
