As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and deliver exceptional value.
**Responsibilities**
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the evolving needs of the market and stakeholders.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather and document detailed product requirements.
- Sprint Planning: Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute sprints, ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of the goals and deliverables.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key milestones and deliverables for the product.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders regularly to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback to inform future development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
- Release Management: Oversee the product release process, coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a smooth launch and adoption.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Focus:



Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.
**Job Qualifications**
**Basic Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within the digital health or technology sector.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of technology and software development processes.
- Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and solving customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
