Project overview: As a Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services. You will work closely with development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient cloud operations.
Position overview: We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to our growing suite of cloud-based solutions.
Technology stack: AWS and PostgreSQL DB2, Python (no specific Framework required)
- Responsibilities: Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Administer and optimize AWS RDS databases, including PostgreSQL and DB2
- Implement and manage data storage solutions using AWS S3
- Develop and manage APIs using AWS AppSync and GraphQL
- Perform SQL optimization and ensure the performance, security, and availability of databases
- Create and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot issues,



and implement necessary fixes
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices
- 4-5 years of proficiency in Python (without a specific framework requirement)
- Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL and DB2, including strong understanding of database architecture and confident in SQL optimization techniques
- 2-3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
- Proven experience with API calls and notifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Terraform
- Hands-on experience with AWS S3
- Experience with AWS AppSync and GraphQL for API development
- Strong SQL skills with experience in database architecture and optimization
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Java
- Experience with Amazon EC2 and managing virtual servers
- Familiarity with Amazon DynamoDB for NoSQL database solutions
