**This position reports to**:
HR Business Partner
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will have the opportunity to support and execute HR Business process. Each day, you will partner with different teams, employees and managers representing HR in the business. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: - Support and lead engagement events. - Coordination of training activities as planning, organization and execution. - Suports with reports related to HR activities within the business. - Support employees with HR related questions and processes.
**Qualifications for the role**:




- Bachelors degree in Business management, Psicology and related fields.
- New graduate - 2 years experience in HR activities in manufacturing industry.
- MS Office and Documentation Management.
- Power BI proficiency (desirable).
- Advanced English.
- Service Oriented and Open communication at different levels.
