? We're Hiring: Part-Time ESL Teacher (Group Lessons) — Remote
Rose Harper Law, LLC, a bilingual personal injury law firm serving clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, is looking for an experienced ESL Teacher to lead optional group English lessons for members of our team.
The Role
✅ Part-time, 1–2 sessions/week
✅ Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6–7 PM Eastern
✅ 100% Remote — open to candidates in Mexico and across Latin America
✅ Group format — small class of intermediate to advanced English learners ✅ Independent contractor engagement
Who We're Looking For
- Experience teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners, ideally intermediate–advanced levels (TEFL/TESOL Certificate) (CELTA)
- Ability to design engaging, conversational lessons focused on real-world workplace communication
- Punctual, professional, and comfortable teaching via video conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Patient, encouraging teaching style — this is a professional development benefit for our team,
not a classroom exam prep course
- Prior experience teaching corporate or professional groups is a plus
Nice to have, not essential: -Bachelor´s degree, often preferred but not strictly required for part-time/contractor ESL roles
