**Your Job**:
As a Molding Subject Matter Expert, your primary role will be to build, quote, and execute all molding capabilities involved within the Global Shared Plants (GSP) production lines. You will deliver robust and controlled mass production molding lines with complete necessary information. Additionally, you will provide support to existing molding areas to achieve improvements in OEE, SCRAP, Safety, Automation, and other relevant areas.
**Our Team**:
You will be operating within the GSP (Global Shared Plants) division, a crucial part of our company's integral manufacturing strategy. The team based in Guadalajara collaborates closely with various departments including Product Engineering, NPI Engineering, Production, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Program Management to ensure seamless molding processes.
**What You Will Do**:
- Build, quote, and execute all molding capabilities (machinery, tools, equipment, etc.) within GSP production lines.
- Deliver robust and controlled mass production molding lines with complete necessary information.
- Support existing molding areas to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), SCRAP reduction, Safety, and Automation.




- Establish technical strategies and develop robust manufacturing processes.
- Implement new technologies and develop new processes.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in molding engineering.
- Experience in operating injection molding machines.

- Experience in supervising various maintenance and engineering roles.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as Product Engineering, Production, Process Engineering, and others.
- Proven ability to establish technical strategies and develop new processes.
