**Your Job**
Are you a recent graduate eager to make a mark in the world of manufacturing? Molex is looking for a Junior Process Engineer with an educational background in Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering to join our innovative team in Guadalajara. In this role, you'll assist in the design and management of manufacturing processes and ensure they align with our quality management standards.

**What You Will Do**
- Support the design, implementation, and management of manufacturing processes to meet organizational goals.
- Help analyze, design, cost, and evaluate tooling, machinery, and processes.
- Maintain relevant documentation and records in compliance with the organization's quality management system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to aid in executing and driving process improvement projects.
- Learn and ensure compliance with international quality systems (ISO, TS).
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Engineering, NPI,



or assembly or semiconductor processes through internships or academic projects.
- Basic knowledge of standard time calculations, line balancing, or simulations.
- Strong English communication skills, familiarity with SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
- Enthusiastic problem solver with interest in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience or coursework in designing tooling and layout.
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Awareness of Poka Yoke systems.
- Demonstrated interest in process optimization and automation.
