About Our Client

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Ciudad Juárez. The organization is seeking a strategic finance leader to strengthen financial performance, support operational decision-making, and ensure compliance across the business.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and business performance metrics.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, compliance processes, and financial procedures.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to support business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.

- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Drive cost optimization, inventory performance, and profitability improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.

- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and working capital performance.

- Lead and develop the finance team, driving accountability.





The Successful Applicant

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Plant Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Finance Manager within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong expertise in plant finance, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican GAAP reporting standards.

- Experience partnering with manufacturing operations to drive business performance and profitability initiatives.

- Advanced English communication skills with experience supporting multinational stakeholders.

- Proven ability to lead and develop finance and accounting teams.

- Hands-on professional with strong analytical, communication, influence, and problem-solving skills

- Must currently reside in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, or be willing to relocate.
