We are seeking a **Salesforce Developer** to join our medium-sized team in the telecommunications domain.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with teammates and engage with third-party vendors to develop the Salesforce platform
- Attend regular meetings with client managers and the development team to review project requirements and progress
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate towards shared goals
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct technical research, analyze findings, and propose optimized solutions
- Develop new functionalities and improvements from scratch based on analyst and product owner inputs
- Enhance, support, and refactor existing features during the maintenance phase
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce platform with expertise in data modeling for complex business requirements
- Experience in handling large volumes of data and implementing complex business logic
- Knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a medium-sized team and engage with third-party vendors
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle routine tasks with patience
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
