**Position Summary**:
**Scope of Responsibility**:
- Manage ocean and truck shipments.
- Transportation bookings.
- Update shipping rates and routes.
- Cold storage tracking.
- Ensure the on-time delivery of customer products.
- Stay abreast of intermodal trends.
- Update inventory, track product availability, and allocations.
- Customer follow-up.Provide data for claims when needed.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- **1 - 2 years of logistics, export documentation, or refrigerated ocean transportation experience is required.**:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Natural ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, prioritize, and multi-task.
- Effective organization, time management, and attention to detailHigh energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of urgency.
**Language Requirements**
- Additional language proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
