As a Sale Promotor,



you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Achieve the assigned sales quota through direct and/or indirect channels,
- Implement the marketing strategies of the Advanced Surgery portfolio.
- Visit key surgeons together with the product specialist, support in the operating room to assist in surgeries and conduct training with the nursing area on product preparation and equipment management based on the indicators established by marketing.
- Identify the scheduled surgeries of your assigned hospitals.
- Prepare a weekly activity report.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or technical degree
- Knowledge of Hemostatics and Seal wound healing agents.
- Minimum of one year's experience working in an operating room (OR)
