**Responsibilities**:
- Support management of mill safety, production sequence, and processes.
- Implement root cause problem solving, optimization of proactive maintenance techniques and continuous improvement process of asset reliability.
- Assist in the routine meetings with a Deep Explanation of the projects planned for the year for central maintenance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the engineering team participating with the OLT during the diagnostic.
- Identify opportunities for increased maintenance line effectiveness and capacity.
**Requirements**:
- Intermediate English and Intermediate-Advanced.
- Valid passport.
- Driver's license.
