**Descripción**
**Position Roles Responsibilities**:
- Design, program, and troubleshoot automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Develop and configure control logic, leveraging PLC Ladder Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
- Integrate and optimize third-party components and systems to ensure seamless automation processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Provide on-site support during installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
- Vision Systems (Keyence, Cognex)
- Laser Markers (Keyence, Telesis, Sic)
- Automation Components: Pneumatic sensors, pistons, PLCs, and logical/electronic diagrams.
- Robotics: Experience with ABB, KUKA, Fanuc,



Yaskawa robots, and collaborative robots, with the ability to create new routines and modify existing ones.
- Bin Picker Systems: Raw material loading systems.
- English: 70% proficiency.
- AutoCAD
- Supervision: Overseeing activities related to the installation of new machining lines.
- Equipment Procurement: Purchasing automation-related equipment (manipulators, conveyors, sensors, pistons, vision systems).
- Basic Knowledge of CNC Machines.
