**What You'll Do**:
- Support the lead user researcher on executing research studies, using a variety of methods including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics
- Own research responsibilities on specific initiatives and support research projects from beginning to end (Defining study goals, constructing a research plan, recruiting, gathering data, synthesizing learnings, and reporting insights)
- Support research operations by managing recruitment, scheduling, and facilitating payment. Moderate 1:1 interviews with participants, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and present clear and actionable findings to key stakeholders.
- Maintain user research protocols, tools, and resources to streamline the research process and ensure consistency across studies.
- Drive impact by synthesizing research findings into practical insights and recommendations to help key design and product stakeholders make decisions.
**What You Bring to the Role**:
- 3-5 years of experience in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are accurate, clear, and actionable
- Proficiency in conducting user research using various methods, such as in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience with remote testing/survey tools (e.g. UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
- Understanding of key US segments, including K-12 education, online higher education, and professional licensing or a demonstrated ability to independently learn and adapt to these domains
- Familiarity with UX design principles and practices is a plus.
