**Job Description Summary**: Americas Cash Intern
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of billing and Order Intake (OI) data files for regional reviews.
- Manage key trackers, including:
- CS Billing CQ Tracker (forecast, actuals, and estimates).
- Weekly Cash Punchlist File for FP&A; and operational rhythm calls.
- Data Research & Report Validation
- Conduct research and validate billing data from PDL and ERP systems.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in reports by submitting adjustment requests for PDL report errors.
- PSP Billing Pacing File Management
- Prepare and update the PSP Billing Pacing File daily, tracking:
- Estimates
- Quarter-to-Date (QTD) Actuals
- Remaining forecasts (ETC)
**Required qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance.
- Availability to work 40 hrs a week in an in-person modality.
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate/Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
