What you will do
- Work as the primary point of contact on the creative team for QAD Redzone to manage projects and deliver assets for campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work within brand guidelines using existing templates and continue to expand and improve the brand’s visual identity with sophisticated design techniques.
- Build out design materials across diverse formats that may include (but are not limited to) marketing materials, presentations, collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, social media, and digital banners.
- Work independently and adapt effectively to time zone differences with the core team.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations,



express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with QAD and QAD Redzone marketing teams to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include multiple simultaneous projects.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate closely with other designers and managers to execute concepts aligned with established brand systems
- Uphold high standards of process and production technique, enhancing the overall quality of our work
- Ensure consistency in fonts, text placement, photo treatments, and overall visual quality
- Manage the design, uploading, and delivery process for all project materials based on best practices and provide status updates as needed
**Qualifications** What you need**:
- Impressive Portfolio: Your portfolio showcases precision, attention to detail, and fluency across the Adobe Suite. Applications without a portfolio link or attachment will not be considered.
- 3-5+ years professional design experience: You have a strong foundation in design, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or agency setting.
- Growth-Oriented: You approach challenges as opportunities to improve. At QAD, we’re evolving on a global scale, and seek a partner ready to evolve with us.

You’re skilled at pivoting techniques and balancing efficiency with quality.
- Creative Support: You excel at executing established designs with precision, collaborating with our team of designers and stakeholders to bring concepts to life while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Process-Driven: You have a keen sense of organizational and time-management skills and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Extra consideration for**
- A working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Professional experience in motion design and/or video editing and production techniques (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere)
