**What are we looking for?**




We are looking for a **Junior Commercial Controller,** with analytical skills and business vision to join our LATAM Business Unit in Mexico City (Mexico).
**Mission**
You will support the collection, analysis, and control of financial and commercial information, ensuring the correct execution of reporting processes and contributing to the efficiency and automation of analysis tools. This role will be key in identifying opportunities to improve profitability and optimize costs, working closely with the financial and commercial teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including P&L; and variance analysis.
- Collaborate in the control and monitoring of the commercial budget and forecast.
- Assist in evaluating profitability margins by customer, channel, and product.
- Analyze and monitor commercial and marketing costs, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and update commercial and financial performance reports.
- Support the optimization and automation of reporting tools.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in financial analyses.
- Provide support in generating key information for commercial decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to collect data and monitor commercial KPIs.
- Assist in managing commercial agreements and discounts with clients.
**You will need**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial control,



commercial analysis, or related areas.
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI).
- Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
- Advanced English.

- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Analytical and problem - solving skills.
