- Proven experience as a talent sourcer or similar role in HR or recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good understanding of HR practices and recruitment regulations.
- English Advanced
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
