**Misión**:
- Develop and implement recruitment, selection, and hiring policies.
- Coordinate staffing requirements at the plant level.
- Address and resolve conflicts among managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Supervise HR team activities, including recruitment and payroll coordination.
- Create and enforce policies that align with the EICC code of conduct.
- Develop strategies for employee retention and reducing turnover and absenteeism.
- Administer employee incentives and salary adjustments.
- Prepare various statistical reports for corporate.




- Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and Internal Work Regulations.
- Participate in meetings and strategic discussions.
**Perfil**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in English (90%).
- Strong Office/Tress software skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Proactive attitude with leadership qualities.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong social skills.
