Client: Our client is a multi-national company dedicated to Cybersecurity (team located in Central US timezone)
- Responsibilities: Organize effective collaboration between business owners and the project team
- Analyze existing business processes and determine business and operational objectives
- Analyze, document, and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle
- Write user stories and user acceptance specifications
- Participation in planning, resolving disputes, and risk evaluation
- Verifying implemented products in accordance with the requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- 3+ years of experience using Salesforce as CRM
- 3+ years documenting Salesforce requirements
- 3+ years of experience using Confluence/Jira
- Understanding of business processes




- Experience in querying and analyzing data in relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements, document and analyze requirements and propose possible solutions
- Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in facilitating effective interaction between the project team and the customer
- Work aligned with US central time
- Nice to have: Cyber security industry experience/knowledge
- Experience administrating Salesforce
