? Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry , with strong expertise in:
✅ Proven experience in:
- Leading and developing engineering and production teams
- Process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Managing and monitoring production KPIs
- Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✅ Knowledge of:
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma methodologies
- PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
- Process validation and continuous improvement tools
✅ English proficiency preferred.
? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize SMT and Back-End manufacturing processes.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements.
- Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new product introductions and process qualifications.
