We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst** to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate within Agile BA-DEV teams to provide solutions on Salesforce and other SaaS platforms
- Engage independently with business users to elicit requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions by working closely with developers, architects, and product owners
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro for process mapping, workflow documentation, and project deliverables
- Distill complex business issues into clear solutions by effectively communicating, identifying gaps, and ensuring clarity in requirements
- Guide change management processes and assist teams in adapting to new operational methodologies
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments focusing on Salesforce Cloud solutions and API technology
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting technical requirements and business needs
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools for efficient process documentation and backlog management
- Strong capability to work independently and drive conversations with stakeholders from concept to implementation
- Understanding of change management principles and the capacity to lead process transformations in multi-system environments
- Demonstrated competence in managing timelines and prioritizing tasks across multiple projects with competing priorities
