We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Data & Analytics, Team Leader**
**Role Purpose**:
**Main Activities**:
- Leverage internal and external data sources to better understand customer journeys, improve services, and enhance end-user experience.
- Drive the adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies to enhance the team's capabilities and deliver innovative solutions to the business.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of D&A; initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and analytics,



sales intelligence, or equivalent and at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams, with experience in both analytics and machine learning.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of risk, regulatory, and growth strategies.
