**Your Job**:
Molex is looking for a dynamic and proactive Associate Technical Project Manager to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in planning and executing projects within our Integral Manufacturing and Test Services organization. This role is crucial in managing projects related to cable assemblies, automation, supplier development, and process optimization, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and timing objectives.

As part of this team, you will work with diverse manufacturing locations and design centers committed to product development and qualification.
**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and articulate project strategy, scope, financials, and schedule through comprehensive Project Charters.
- Lead strategic cross-functional teams through executing and monitoring project plans using various project management methodologies.
- Communicate the value proposition of strategic projects clearly and contribute to project justification and stakeholder approval.
- Proactively identify and execute risk reduction activities to minimize project risks related to cost, quality, and timing.
- Serve as the liaison between operations and machine suppliers, assisting with machine implementation and ensuring smooth communication.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Engineering Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Project Management tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience in leading projects and teams, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working on global projects.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
- Bilingual proficiency in English

- Understanding of running Cross Functional Team Meetings and managing budgets.
- Experience in manufacturing and a high-level understanding of manufacturing processes.
- PMP certification.
