As a Receptionist, you’ll support office operations at our Mexicali branch as we continue to grow as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. **Position Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
- Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
- Order office and department supplies.
- Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.
**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.




- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- 2 - 3 years of related receptionist experience with excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a corporate office environment **preferred.**
