**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for oversight IMMEX compliance of the company by the establishment of procedures,
polices, internal and external audits as well as KPI monitoring.
- Coordination and monitoring with Mex and US customs agency of import and export operations.
- Identify areas of opportunity and implement improvement plans to technical problems.
- Constant communication with carriers, as well as parcel tracking by sea, air and land.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Finance, Administration or similar.
- +10 years of experience in an Import Export leading role.
- Conversational English preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with STA(Vastera).
- Knowledge of advance Import-Export programs such as: IMMEX Program annex 24 and annex 31,
PROSEC, IVA-IEPS, C-TPAT, OEA and Mex NOM’s.
- Regulatory paperwork and reports to VUCEM, INEGI and SAT.
- Audit support, data processing, inventory management, invoice and virtual declaration preparation,
fixed assets control.
- Ability to work across departments and good teamwork capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and decision making are essential.
- Time management ability.
