**Responsibilities**:
As an online instructor, you will provide one-on-one lessons to help students enhance their pronunciation. Each session is a chance to boost their confidence and enrich their learning journey.
**What You’ll Need**:
To apply, you should meet the following requirements:
- **Experience**: At least two years of ESL or pronunciation teaching experience.
- **Tech Requirements**: Proficiency with Skype and a reliable internet connection.
- **Qualifications**: One of the following:
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
- A bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or English
- A degree or certification in vocal training
**Compensation & Growth**:
- **Starting Pay**: $16 USD per hour (approximately $330.00 MXN).
- **Advancement**: Enjoy guaranteed raises of $0.50 USD per hour for every 250 teaching hours, earning up to $25 USD per hour (approximately $510.00 MXN).
