**Job Description - Scrum Master**
We are seeking a servant-leader and agile champion to join our dynamic team as a **Scrum Master**. In this role, you will facilitate the successful delivery of high-impact software solutions by guiding agile practices, removing obstacles, and fostering continuous improvement.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Coach one or more Agile teams to deliver customer value through iterative development.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Remove impediments that block team progress and escalate as necessary.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and effective story writing.
- Promote agile values and principles across the organization to enhance team maturity.
- Use data-driven metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to guide team performance and forecast outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
