- Utilize MS Excel to organize and interpret data for media monitoring reports.
- Create detailed reports on media insights highlighting key trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of media monitoring services.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of media data to support client objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to clients based on media monitoring data.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of media monitoring reports.
- Support the development of new media monitoring methodologies and tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media monitoring best practices and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their media monitoring needs.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
- Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 media monitoring coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of media monitoring processes.




**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate expertise in Print Media Monitoring and Internet Media Monitoring.
- Have experience with Internet Media
- Display & Video.
- Show proficiency in Insights Reporting and Media analysis.
- Exhibit excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak).
- Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Show a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
