We’re looking for a curious, driven professional to join our core digital transformation programs, empowering teams through low-code platforms, automation, and generative AI. This role is at the heart of how we’re making technology accessible to everyone.
You'll be exposed to a wide range of business areas, working hands-on with cutting-edge tools, and contributing to high-impact initiatives that drive real change.
**What you’ll do**:
- Create digital solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, gaining practical experience while solving real business challenges.
- Coordinate enablement activities like Citizen Developer sessions, digital trainings, and innovation events. Keep training materials updated and accessible for Power Platform, Copilot, and RPA users.
- Support Citizen Development governance best practices.
- Help evaluate new digital opportunities by analyzing business needs and proposing user-friendly, value-adding solutions.

**Technical / Analytical Skills**:
- Experience supporting or participating in process improvement or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with business process mapping, basic data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists) experience preferred; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Previous exposure to tools like RPA, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, IT).
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
