The client is a growing preschool chain based in the United States, seeking a detail-oriented and fluent Spanish-speaking HRIS Analyst to support our people operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate employee records, benefit enrollments, and HR compliance across our schools.
Hourly rate: $6-8
of hours: 15-30 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Enter payroll deductions, track benefits enrollment, and monitor 401(k) eligibility
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee rosters
- Manage compliance documentation (e.g. FMLA, workers’ comp, unemployment)
- Liaise with Spanish-speaking staff and our U.S.based HR and benefits teams
- Update internal benefits summaries and HR tracking tools
Required Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (required)
- Availability during U.S. business hours:
9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
- 2+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst, HR Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks independently
- Comfortable working in English/Spanish bilingual environments
- Experience with onboarding, payroll deductions, and HR compliance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, or similar
- Experience managing 401(k) plans or employee benefits
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Experience supporting HR operations in the education or childcare industry

Pay: $98.00 - $157.00 per hour
