Program Manager Location:Mexico(Remote) Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support enterprise-wide digital initiatives, including cloud migrations and modernization programs. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation for diverse audiences. The adecuado candidate will work closely with business leaders, architects, engineers, and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution across large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities Lead stakeholder communication and engagement across business, technology, and leadership teams. Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including program plans, solution overviews, governance artifacts, and executive presentations. Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Support and coordinate enterprise digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and modernization programs. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues,



ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Facilitate governance forums, steering committee updates, and leadership communications.

Apply project management best practices to support planning, execution, and reporting activities.
