**About the role**:
Medical Departures Inc., a leader in connecting patients with world-class clinics, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **AR and Collection (Patient Report Coordinator)**to manage and oversee the daily reporting of payments received from patients. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and clear tracking of patient revenue, working closely with internal teams to maintain a seamless reporting process.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Accounts Receivable & Collection**:




- Make regular calls and follow-ups with clinics to collect outstanding payments- Send invoices and payment reminders to clinics based on billing schedules- Track payment statuses and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
Collaborate with clinics to resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes- Update collection records and share reports with the AR Team Leader
**Patient Report Coordination**:
- Update and maintain daily/weekly patient reports to track treatment, invoice, and payment status- Cross-check patient treatment data with clinic invoices to ensure accuracy- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Clinics to verify or correct patient info- Support in generating summaries or dashboards for internal reporting
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED**
- Attend regular team meetings
- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
- Early/late availability, according to shift schedule
- Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
- Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenues objectives
- Help build the world’s largest global medical marketplace
