**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-driven **Aerospace Composite Final Assembly Technician** to join our aerospace production team. This role is responsible for assembling and bonding composite components using structural adhesives and mechanical fasteners, ensuring each part meets strict aerospace assembly and quality standards. The technician will work closely with engineering and quality teams to produce precision aerospace assemblies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Use assembly fixtures and jigs to install hardware and details such as spuds, brackets, nut plates, and sleeves.
- Wrap and tape parts with insulation materials as per specifications.
- Follow detailed assembly work instructions, engineering drawings, and aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
- Ensure all bonding and assembly processes are performed in compliance with FOD prevention, PPE, and cleanroom protocols.
- Perform in-process visual inspections and report any discrepancies or non-conformities.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and quality inspectors to ensure proper fit, function, and compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or technical training in aerospace assembly, composites, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace or composite component assembly.
- Skilled in the use of basic hand tools, torque tools,



pneumatic rivet guns, and mechanical fasteners.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings, assembly procedures, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in manual work.
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices, FOD control, and general aerospace manufacturing standards.
- Desirable: experience with structural bonding, nut plate riveting, and fixture-based assembly in the aerospace sector.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
