10+ years of engineering or relevant experience - 5+ years of people management experience, specifically building and leading high-performance engineering teams - Experience collaborating with and influencing technical leaders - Experience in creating communication strategies that engage and impact internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading a Support Engineering organization
- Experience in budget and financial management
- Ability to create structure out of ambiguity and bring technical visions to life
