**Your Tasks**:
**Role purpose**:
Develop all POSM Design/Artworks and develop the strategy for promotional items (VAS) for Latam on the assigned brand
**Main Accountabilities**:
POSM:
- POSM: Work together with In Store Manager and S&CM; Categories in order to generate POSM Materials for all categories and retailers.
- PICOS: Customize all regional POSM from PICOS for latam / local customers
- Insights: Build, collect and communicate insights by Category/ Channel.
VAS:
- Analysis on financials and performance
- VAS strategy and implementation development
**Your Profile**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas
- Good Planning, communication, and follow up skills Financial Analysis skills required
- Experience of matching brand strategies and channel strategies, and translating it into execution
- Pragmatic, Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
- Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
- Fluent English
