**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
The Knowledge Program Senior Specialist will work with the Knowledge Management Program Team to play an important role in supporting the fundamental activities of the Program across program management, training, recruiting and professional development of team members.
The KM Program team is part of Bain’s integral Product, Practice and Knowledge function, dedicated to developing, capturing and sharing knowledge across the firm. The Program Team’s goals are to increase the impact of the KM program on the business and help the team to succeed and grow in their role.
The Program oversees several activities, such as coaching, career growth, review/promotion processes, training curriculum, best practice sharing, recruitment, team policies/ guidelines etc.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
Knowledge Strategy and Team Operations
- Support the alignment of knowledge processes and practice needs,
leveraging team guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with the PPK leadership team to share best practices; solicit input from the KM and Practice teams to drive continuous improvement
- Manage updates to team trackers, distribution lists, and SharePoint
- Manage reoccurring global and cohort calls/meetings. Build the agenda, organize presenters and own the calendar invites
- Support the program team with global initiatives related to KM processes, such as AI adoption and implementation, as well as other process improvements.
Professional Development
- Build relationships with Practice and Knowledge Management customers to understand priorities, gather feedback, and provide regular updates
- Support program team with the mid-year/ annual performance review and promotion process
Training
- Work with the KM Program leaders to drive induction and continuous learning training programs
- Own implementation of sessions including scheduling and securing trainers; manage the library of training materials; and coordinate the updating or creation of training modules to ensure they keep pace with the changing needs of the role
- Create surveys and feedback loops on trainings to implement in future sessions
- Coordinate with Global Training to facilitate the approach for Global PPK training sessions with consulting staff
Recruiting
- Support the KM Program leaders with hiring needs, working with the External Talent Recruiting team
- Prepare recruiting analysis, forecasts and attrition analysis
- Actively participate in selective areas of the process (as required) to keep it running smoothly and efficiently
**ABOUT YOU**
- BA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials
- Preferred 3+ years of professional experience
- You are intellectually curious and have a passion for training, program and people management
- You are excellent at project management, work planning and possess organizational skills with attention to detail
- You are a strong communicator (written and verbal), collaborator, and hold interpersonal skills
- You maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive people-related issues
- You have strong analytical abilities and experience bringing innovative and ‘outside the box’ approaches to problem solving
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment, and can juggle multiple priorities
- You are a regular user of AI tools and have a growth mindset about their use
- You can self-motivate and work autonomously, while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teaming
- You have a superior customer service attitude
- You keep a positive mindset and high levels of energy and enthusiasm
- You have strong communication and presentation skills. You can engage with senior business executives and team with colleagues across the globe and in different time zones
- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must work from the Mexico City GBS office three days a week
