Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently when necessary.- General knowledge of financial accounting and accounts payable control.-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel.- Professional-level English proficiency for daily operations.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.- 2 to 4 years of experience within accounting teams.- Preferred experience with ERP systems.- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax and fiscal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Recording accounting entries; management and control of fixed assets.- Reconciliation and clearing of accounting accounts.- Participation in the development of procedures to improve the company's internal controls.- Coordination of the preparation of information required for internal and external audits.- Contribution to the preparation of reports requested by Corporate.- Physical inventory of goods and fixed assets.- Administration of petty cash.
