**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management and execution within a talent outreach, talent acquisition or campus recruiting domain.
- Experience in working cross-functional and in stakeholder management within technical and non-technical domains.
- Experience in event management, program management, public speaking, human resource management, student outreach, or recruiting.
- Experience analyzing data and supporting data driven strategies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail along with ability to problem-solve within existing frameworks.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute and support outreach plans for Campus to Executive talents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partner organizations to promote Google's brand.
- Collaborate with the staffing teams to ensure that the outreach strategies help meet the hiring goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics and of the engagement.
- Operate within a fluid environment, leveraging available tools and resources.
