**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and reliable backend services using Node.js.
- Lead the integration and management of identity solutions (e.g., Okta, Active Directory) to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the backend stack.
**Qualifications**
- High proficiency and extensive experience in backend development with Node.js.
- Demonstrated experience with identity management systems, including Okta and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of API design principles (RESTful, GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
