Technical Support Analyst (SSA)

As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our IT infrastructure and end-user devices at the site are performing to integral standards. You'll be a key point of contact for on-site technical support, assist in regional/global IT project rollouts, and help maintain compliance with Johnson Matthey’s global IT policies. Your work will contribute directly to the productivity of our teams and the smooth operation of our digital environment.
The role:
As Technical Support Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
- Providing on-site IT support for infrastructure, hardware, and end-user devices to ensure performance meets business expectations.-
- Managing the procurement and lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals.- Ensuring all support activity aligns with global JMIT policies and contributing to infrastructure resilience through hardware maintenance and hands-on operational duties.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure role- Experience with Windows 7/10, Office 365, mobile technologies, DNS/DHCP, and IT hardware such as printers, laptops, and switches.-
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and remote IT teams.- A customer-focused mindset and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer:
We offer a competitive compensation MXN $ 245,750- 290,250 and benefits package including bonus, excellent pension contributions and generous annual leave.
