We are currently in search of a meticulous QA Analyst to bolster our quality assurance team. This role demands a professional who thrives on diving deep into software intricacies to preemptively spot and solve problems before they impact our clients. As part of RelishIQ, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our software solutions, leveraging modern cloud platforms to ensure our products not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

Specific duties in addition to the above include:

- Analyze requirements and design test plans, test cases, and other test artifacts as needed to ensure thorough coverage.
- Partner with the Product Owner to develop and refine comprehensive test plans that align with the product goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with QA Automation Engineers to develop effective testing strategies.




- Execute
- Test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely resolution of defects and issues.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and other test artifacts as needed.
- Analyze KPI data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the QA process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to test and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot errors.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps with hands-on experience in utilizing its test modules for planning, execution, and tracking of test suites.
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking using Azure Boards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc).
