About the role

Your role is to ensure and continuously improve the quality of products commercialized in CAM markets, ensuring full compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

This position serves as a key support function for products commercialized in CAM markets, as well as for managing the relationship with distributors

Your responsibilities

- Ensures Company's compliance with all appropriate regulations, policies and procedures
- Keeping up to date with the continuing changes in regional legislation, local standards, and global requirements.
- Provides input into the development and implementation of quality systems to ensure robust processes and product quality in the region.
- Cooperation with other departments (Regulatory, Sales, Packaging and PMO) at the regional level, on project management and continuous improvement process.
- Train and coach others on GMP compliance, regulatory requirements, Vestacy policies and procedures to distributor and CAM team.
- Request Certificates of Analysis for products and products under quarantine to other manufacturing factories.
- Manages consumer and customer complaint investigations, trending,



and escalates as appropriate.
- Manages quality problems and incidents at distributors and coordinates corrective and preventive actions with the sources.
- Create specifications for new products based on all requirements defined during product development, and raise any risks identified during the specification process

The experience we're looking for

- Qualification in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in QA roles in Logistics, commercial or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within the region and familiarity with local regulations.
- Experience in internal or external auditing required.
- Solid knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and quality standards
- Experience with embellisher process or manufacturing process.
