Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes, AGU. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing quality control and quality assurance measures, and managing quality management systems. They will also be responsible for conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

This leads to opportunities for internal growth within the business. The Quality engineer will be expected to develop to the role of Quality Manager within that same timeline.
