**Your Job**
At Molex, we are looking for a Junior Product Engineer to play a critical role in the industrialization of our products. This role will focus on setting up systems for product manufacturing, ensuring seamless implementation of engineering changes, and maintaining product traceability. Your passion for precision and collaborative problem-solving will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes and the quality of our products.
**Our Team**
Join our Optical Solutions (OSBU) division, a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to driving excellence in product industrialization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including program management, quality engineering, and process engineering, to deliver high-quality solutions for a dynamic manufacturing environment.
**What You Will Do**
- Establish and manage systems for product industrialization, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production.
- Act as a key liaison among design, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Spearhead the creation and updates of product documentation, including specifications, BOMs, drawings, and traceability systems, in compliance with quality management standards.
- Drive the successful implementation of engineering changes by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise in product lifecycle systems.
- Support the launch of new products while standardizing documentation and ensuring continuous improvement of technical records.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Physics, Photonics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Experience with BOM management, engineering change processes, and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., SAP, Agile).
- Familiarity with fiber optic technologies and industry standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality tools relevant to engineering processes.
