- Position Summary_
- The Regional Manufacturing Engineer develops, implements and maintains operation methods, sequences and processes in the current manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies._
- Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines._
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations._

- Job Description_
- _ Engineer with deep interaction with plant operations but also supports business unit's needs._
- _ Participates in the assessment, evaluation, planning and execution of projects where productivity is the main target._
- _ Standardize processes and production methods between multiple factories to reach the best way to do it._
- _ Interfaces with strategic organizations for the execution of time sensitive projects to maximize manufacturing capabilities while creating resiliency within the company._
- _ Support advance manufacturing teams abroad to successfully install new tools, machines, and equipment in local facilities where the person is based_
- Mandatory requirements:_
- _ BSc in Engineering with focus on industrial, mechanic, electric, mechatronic, systems and similar_
- 2- 4 years in similar position
- _ Advanced English, above 85% with fluent conversations and technical terms_
- _ Projects Implementation and methodology_
- _ Knowledge of lean methodology tools and practices_
- _ Knowledge of costs/finance concepts_
- Scope of actions:_
- _ Projects to be led impact plants operations, but also business units._
- _ Project leadership and interaction with multiple departments within the factory and corporate_
- _ Identify savings opportunities and reflect them in financial evaluations, costings._
- _ Public speaking skills when presenting projects to senior leadership_
