**Responsibilities**:
Manages all legal matters relating to Mexican operations, including contract negotiation with customers and suppliers, dispute and litigation management, employment and regulatory matters and interaction with government authorities. Works with external law firms in Mexico to ensure external legal services are managed efficiently and cost-effectively. Reviews and drafts a variety of legal agreements necessary for day to day operations of Magna Mexico Divisions.
